O’Hanlon Estates uses the contact details, property information and buying criteria you submit to respond to your enquiry, review property opportunities and manage your account. Submitted information is reviewed by authorised staff. Submitting a property does not publish it or commit you to a sale.
Cloudflare provides hosting, account storage and private file storage when connected. Resend delivers account and approved property emails. Google sign-in, when available, verifies your email address; we do not request access to your Gmail or Google Drive.
Town suggestions use a local GeoNames UK place-name index. Postcode suggestions use Postcodes.io: the postcode search text is sent through our server without your account details. Select a matching location from the suggestions; unmatched locations cannot be submitted. We use essential account cookies. There are no advertising trackers in this portal. You may request access, correction or deletion through your O’Hanlon Estates contact, or ciaran@ohanlon-estates.com for an account/privacy request. Some records may need to be retained for applicable business obligations. Do not upload identity documents, bank details or sensitive personal information here.
Only approved packages shared with your account appear in your client portal. Email copies cannot be recalled. Sign out on shared devices.
